How to Prepare for CBSE Class 12 Board Exams While Waiting
Students should continue their preparation instead of waiting for the date sheet. A clear study plan can help reduce last-minute pressure.
1. Complete the Prescribed Syllabus
Review every chapter in your subjects. Identify the topics that are still incomplete and set realistic targets to finish them.
2. Practise Official Sample Papers
Use the latest sample papers and marking schemes available through CBSE’s academic resources. Practising sample papers helps you understand the question pattern and manage examination time.
3. Solve Previous-Year Question Papers
Previous-year papers can help you practise different question types and identify topics that need more revision. Do not depend only on repeated questions.
4. Prepare a Subject-Wise Revision Plan
Give additional time to subjects and chapters that you find difficult. Include short revision sessions for topics you have already completed.
5. Practise Writing Answers
For subjects involving numerical problems, derivations, diagrams or long answers, practise writing complete solutions within the allotted time.
6. Check Official Updates Regularly
Use the official CBSE website to confirm the date sheet, admit card instructions and any examination-related notices. Avoid making travel or other fixed plans based on unconfirmed dates.
