Jai Bhim Mukhyamantri Pratibha Vikas Scheme or जय भीम मुख्यमंत्री प्रतिभा विकास Yojana has been launched by the Delhi State with an aim to benefit all the welfare schemes of the Delhi State government by Delhi CM, Arvind Kejriwal . According to Hindustantimes News, Coaching classes under the ‘Jai Bhim Mukhyamantri Pratibha Vikas Yojna’ for this session had started in March. “But the pandemic disrupted the classes,” said Social Welfare Minister Rajendra Pal Gautam.

Jai Bhim Mukhyamantri Pratibha Vikas Scheme Eligibility Criteria
The following eligibility has been created by the state government for application in Kanya Sumangala Yojana.
Beneficiary Guidelines
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Delhi.
- The applicant must be of SC/ST/OBC/General (EWS) category.
- The Applicant’s family income must be less than 8 Lac per annum.
- The applicant should have passed the examination of 10th and 12th with good marks from Delhi itself.
- If your name has been nominated by any department of Delhi Government.
Other Guidelines
- A student cannot get more than twice the benefit in this scheme.
- The government will raise 50% of the total fees for taking coaching for the second time.
- In the examination in which there are two steps, pre and main, this scheme can be availed to prepare for both.
- Students have to do regular classes in the coaching center. Without any solid reason for not doing more than 15 days coaching, you will not get the benefit of the scheme.
- The ratio of government and private school students to take advantage of coaching will be 75:25.
- Students will also get a stipend of 2500 rupees per month to travel to the coaching class.

- Civil services conducted by UPSC – for the coaching of the optional subject – INR 40,000
- Judicial Services Examinations – INR 1,00,000
