केंद्र सरकार (Central Government) नए श्रम कानूनों (Labour Law) में बड़े बदलाव किये है जिसके के तहत नए श्रम कानूनों मे नौकरीपेशा लोगों की सैलरी स्ट्रक्चर में बदलाव होने वाला है। श्रम संहिता के तहत New Labour Law In India 2022 अप्रैल को लागू होने वाले थे। हालांकि, केंद्र ने इसे लागू करने में देरी की है क्योंकि राज्यों ने अभी तक नियमों को अंतिम रूप नहीं दिया है।
