After careful consideration, the Telangana Government has decided to implement the Pay Revision Commission’s recommendations mentioned in para 1 above, with the modification that the fitment benefit for fixation of pay in the revised pay scales shall be 30 percent instead of the 7.5 percent recommended by the Pay Revision Commission, and has accordingly ordered the following on the Revision Commission.
Telangana PCR (GO) Report 2022
The Revised Pay Scales shall be as described in Schedule-I of the Notification attached to this order for each of the existing pay scales mentioned therein. Except when otherwise stated in the Departmental Pay Schedule as detailed in Schedule-II, appended to the Notification, these scales shall be similar to all workers in various categories. Holders of non-Schedule-II jobs will be controlled by the Revised Pay Scales, which correspond to the current pay scales stated in Schedule-I.
The Revised Master Scale shall be Rs.19000 – 640 – 20920 – 660 – 22900 – 690 – 24970 – 720 – 27130 – 750 – 29380 – 830 -31870 – 940 – 34690 – 1030 – 37780 – 1110 – 41110 – 1190 -44680 – 1280 – 48520 – 1400 – 52720 – 1500 – 57220 – 1630 -62110 – 1730 – 67300 – 1850 – 72850 – 1990 – 78820 – 2140 -85240 – 2270 – 92050 – 2420 – 99310 – 2560 – 106990 – 2760 – 115270 – 2960 – 124150 – 3160 – 133630 – 3420 – 147310 -3690 – 162070 (80).
- In the Revised Master Scale, the present (32) Grades will be maintained with (80) segments.
- Requests for further pay scale revisions for the categories already included in Schedule-II will not be considered in any situation.
- For setting the salary in the Revised Pay Scales, 2022, a 30% fitment benefit will be offered.
- According to the Pay Revision Commission’s recommendation, the dearness allowance of 30.392 percent as of 1.7.2018 will be incorporated into the pay.
- On and from July 1, 2018, the Revised Pay Scales, 2022 will be considered in effect.
- From April 1, 2022, the monetary advantage will be available.
- The arrears for the period 01.04.2022 to 31.03.2022 will be paid at the time of the Government employee’s retirement or to the employee’s lawful heirs in the event of his or her death.
- The arrears from April 1, 2022 to May 31, 2022 will be paid throughout the fiscal year 2022-22.
- The wage in the Revised Pay Scales, 2022 will begin in June 2022 and will be paid in July 2022.
