PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme or प्रधान मंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि योजना Yojana has been launched by the Central Government Scheme with an aim to benefit all the welfare schemes of the Central Government Scheme government by Piyush Goyal (Interim Finance Minister) . Piyush Goyal (Interim Finance Minister) and his cabinet have introduced this scheme to the Small and marginal farmers of Central Government Scheme. About PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme Details
Summary: The Pradhan Mantri Kisan Sammann Nidhi (PMKSN, or Prime Minister’s Farmer’s Tribute Fund) is an Indian government initiative that provides all farmers with a minimum income support of up to 6,000 rupees per year. Piyush Goyal revealed the initiative during India’s 2019 Interim Union Budget on February 1, 2019. The scheme, which will cost Rs 75,000 crore per year, will begin in December 2019. Every qualifying farmer will receive 6,000 per year in three instalments, deposited directly into their bank accounts.
The Rythu Bandhu scheme, in which a certain sum is provided directly to qualified farmers, was first conceived and introduced by the Telangana government. The World Bank, among other organisations, has praised the scheme for its effective implementation. Many economists believe that this form of investment assistance is preferable to farm loan forgiveness. With the positive outcome of this scheme, the Indian government decided to make it a national initiative, which was declared by Piyush Goyal during India’s 2019 Interim Union Budget on February 1, 2019.
This scheme received Rs. 20,000 crore in funding for the 2018–2019 fiscal year. The scheme has been updated for the 2019–2022 fiscal year to help nearly 2 crore more farmers, bringing the total number of beneficiaries to nearly 14.5 crore, with the Central Government allocating Rs. 87,217.50 crores. Narendra Modi initiated the scheme in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, on February 24, 2019, by transferring the first instalment of 2,000 rupees to over one crore farmers.

Farmer Qualities: (Necessary):
Gender, Category, IFSC Code, Bank Account Number, State, District, Sub-District/Block, Village, Farmer Name, Type of Identity – Aadhaar Number and, if Aadhaar is not eligible, Aadhaar enrollment number with any other ID proof such as Voter ID, Gender, Category, IFSC Code, Bank Account Number
