A Point to Confirm

The notice writes “Wednesday” next to 05.11.2026, but 5 November 2026 falls on a Thursday. Go by the date, and call the office to confirm if you can. The number on the letterhead is 07763223375.

Courses and Posts Covered

The lists are prepared post by post. For example, one linked PDF is the final merit list for Post No. 18, MPW (Male) for UHWC. Please open the list for your own post. We have not repeated any candidates’ names here.

How to Check the Merit List

  1. Go to jashpur.nic.in and look under the notice or recruitment section.
  2. You can also use the PDFs in the table below.
  3. Find your post number and name.
  4. See the last column for your status.

How the Marks Add Up

The MPW list shows how the final figure is worked out. Other posts may have different details, so check yours.

Column What It Shows
Qualification Marks 65 percent of your percentage in the required qualification
Experience Marks Marks for work experience
Written Test Out of 20
Total The sum of these three

The status column is in Hindi: patra means eligible, apatra means not eligible, and anupasthit means absent.

Why Some Are Marked Ineligible

The note under the list cites Para 8.4 of the advertisement. A candidate who did not score at least 40 percent of the written test marks is placed in the ineligible group. So a high total alone is not enough.

What to Do After

The notice asks for these on the day:

  • All original documents listed in Para 4.8 of the advertisement
  • Two sets of photocopies of those documents

Keep the advertisement open while you collect your papers, and carry the list of documents with you.

Common Problems

  • Hindi PDF will not search: these are scans, so you must read them by eye.
  • Your post is not linked here: check the district website, as lists are being uploaded post-wise.
  • Waiting list: the notice calls the selected candidates. Ask the office before you travel if you are on the waiting list.
