Last-Minute Preparation Tips

With the exam only days away, use your time on revision, not new topics:

  • Revise core civil subjects: Go over formulas and short notes for structural analysis, RCC, soil mechanics, hydraulics and surveying.
  • Practise on a screen: Since this is a CBT, take at least one or two online mock tests to get used to reading questions on a computer.
  • Do not skip General Studies: Revise Telangana-related current affairs and basic mental ability topics.
  • Sleep well the night before: A fresh mind helps more than late-night study.

After the exam, TGPSC will share further updates, such as the answer key and result, on its website. Dates for these are Not Announced.

Problems While Downloading the Admit Card

  • Forgot TGPSC ID: Use the forgot option on the TGPSC website, or check the email or SMS you got at the time of OTR.
  • Date of birth not accepted: Enter it in the exact format the page asks for.
  • Portal slow: Many candidates download at the same time. Try again after a short gap.
  • Wrong details on the hall ticket: Contact the TGPSC help desk at helpdesk@tgpsc.gov.in right away.
