What the Job Involves
The selected developer will work on both sides of the platform. On the backend, this means building features for objects, forms, workflows, rules, documents, notifications, search and reports as configuration-driven modules. Each service has its own database, and services exchange data through controlled APIs.
On the frontend, the developer will build dynamic forms, case screens, dashboards and API client code. Other tasks include writing database migrations with Flyway, connecting SMS, email, single sign-on and payment services, and working with Redis and Kafka.
A key rule is tenant safety. Different government offices share the platform, so one office’s data must stay away from another. The role expects careful, secure coding, and it covers the full development cycle, from specifications to testing.
Salary and Pay Scale
The advertisement gives no fixed figure. Consolidated pay will match qualifications and experience within approved project norms.
Selection Process
Shortlisting uses an objective evaluation matrix that covers education, experience, domain knowledge, certifications, publications and other approved points. DIC can raise the thresholds if it receives too many applications. Shortlisted candidates face an interview before a Selection Committee.
Exam Pattern
There is no written exam in the advertisement. Candidates should still prepare to discuss system design and past work, as the skill list is detailed. This is general advice.
